Hi, I’m Emily!

I am an artist, designer, and photographer from southern Wisconsin. I live in tiny rural village near the border with my husband, our cats, dogs, lizard, many plants, and….caterpillars and butterflies (on a seasonal basis).

I firmly believe everyone should work to become more connected to nature—and one of the best ways I’ve found to do this is by sharing my efforts as a citizen scientist in raising the threatened and endangered Monarch Butterfly.

I believe in the power of science and the natural world as much as I believe in the possibility of strange worlds beyond this.

Through my art and efforts, I hope to inspire others to be better stewards to Mother Nature. I can’t do it alone.
