March (Spring) 2020: Life in Photos, #SaferAtHome

Hello everyone and Happy Sunday!

I initially envisioned these “Life in Photos” posts being a seasonal thing, but the world is weird right now. Everything is weird. I want to document this time period because we’re making history right now.

For our household, the self-isolation and social distancing is not much of an issue. Tobias and I are introverts, so it takes us a long time before we feel cooped-up, and Wisconsin’s “Safer at Home” order does allow for outdoor recreation as long as social distancing guidelines are followed. The only time we drive the car is to pick up groceries, otherwise we stick close. We may venture out to a state park at some point, who knows.

Personally I’ve really tried to work on a balance between keeping up on the news and keeping a schedule. I have been doing daily journaling, taking pictures, making art, and caring for my plants. The pets have lots of love to offer, and they obviously love that we are home so much more.

Enjoy these photos I’ve taken from my perspective of the new normal, and even though the world is upside-down right now, Mother Nature is bringing us Spring.
