Rocco the Racoon

This is my friend Rocco the racoon! He is best friends with Pat! I know lots of humans call raccoons "trash pandas" but Rocco takes it as a compliment, actually. 🦝

Rocco is a clever dude that likes foraging (in the woods and trash cans), protesting with Pat, community organizing, mutual aid, thrifting, and running free groups on Facebook. Something broken? He and Delores are the ones in the neighborhood who can help fix it because they both believe in a right to repair what you own! Rocco also loves camping, pudgie pies, hot dogs on a stick, and s’mores! He’s known to sneak into campsites before and…..take things from the humans. Take that for what you will.

Rocco’s best friend is Pat, and they agree on pretty much everything….except voting! Rocco gets it, and he gets really frustrated when Pat just plays dead like the voter apathist he is. I’ve been to a protest or two with these critters, and it’s a lot of fun….but all action inside and outside the ballot box matters.
